Intervista in Radio Antenna Uno

Lunedì 29 giugno, Manu e Pit sono stati ospiti durante la trasmissione When the music is cover di Radio Antenna Uno, condotta da Diego Cortese. La trasmissione è stata un’occasione bellissima per dialogare di musica, film, ambiente, arte, sogni, desideri, progetti… Una intervista sui generis, un saltare da un tema all’altro grazie a clip di film (proposti da Stefano, assente per un problema lavorativo): non è possibile riassumere quell’ora in diretta via etere con poche parole scritte. Quindi non lo faremo. Ascoltatela e, se vi va, fateci sapere che ne pensate.

On Monday, June 29th, Manu and Pit were guests on the radio show When the music is cover on Radio Antenna Uno, hosted by Diego Cortese. The show (obviously, completely in Italian) was a wonderful opportunity to discuss music, movies, the environment, art, dreams, desires, and projects. It was a unique interview, jumping from one topic to another with the help of film clips (suggested by Stefano, who was absent due to work issues). It is impossible to summarize that live hour on the airwaves in a few written words, so we won’t do it. Listen to it, and if you’d like, let us know what you think.

Abbiamo ritrovato una scheda SD che pensavamo persa. Nella scheda SD era presente una ripresa di un brano suonato al concerto al Circolo Mattatoyo dell’11 febbraio, Dergadance, la course des enfants. Un video degno di un bootleg dei primi anni ’90. E, come ogni bootleg che si rispetti, gira con il passaparola…

We have found an SD card that we thought was lost. The SD card contained a recording of a piece played at the concert at the Circolo Mattatoyo on February 11, Dergadance, la course des enfants. A video worthy of an early 90s bootleg. And, like any self-respecting bootleg, it spreads by word of mouth.

È disponibile online il video dello showcase di Wad, l’ultimo brano che la band A Radar, 5 Antennas, and 11 Clovers: Are We Just Signals? (Radar 5:11) ha registrato in una sessione live a porte chiuse, grazie alla collaborazione del Collettivo Mattatoyo. Antonio Pascale al mixer, Nic Sala alle luci e Saverio Covezzi alle riprese video.

Sabato 24 luglio torniamo sullo stesso palco, stavolta con il pubblico, per presentare i nostri brani riarrangiati grazie al “6° elemento”, Giulio Stermieri a tastiere e synth e sampler.

The video of Wad‘s showcase is available online, the latest song that the band A Radar, 5 Antennas, and 11 Clovers: Are We Just Signals? (Radar 5:11) recorded in a live session behind closed doors, thanks to the collaboration of the Collettivo Mattatoyo. Sound engineering by Antonio Pascale, lights by Nic Sala and Saverio Covezzi at the video shootings.

Saturday 24 July we return to the same stage, this time with the public, to present our songs rearranged thanks to the “6th element”, Giulio Stermieri on keyboards and synths and sampler.
