Alzare lo sguardo e vedere persone essere umane è stato meraviglioso.

Sul palco siamo stati noi stessi, nel momento: le corde tese e sensibili al tocco, allo sguardo. Le pelli tirate fino alla giusta accordatura risuonavano: il cuore stesso ha tenuto il tempo battendo su di esse.

Poche righe per condividere cosa ci aspettavamo. La nostra preparazione nelle scorse settimane è stata per questo: esporci per chi siamo, una volta di più, in modo ancora più sincero, tanto libero quanto fragile.

Con questo concerto non si può dire che il nostro progetto sia avanzato, abbia fatto passi avanti, ma certamente ne ha fatti a fondo, nella terza dimensione, la quarta, la quinta… fino a dove senti il rischio di perderti. Ci siamo persi.

Allora abbiamo alzato lo sguardo, dietro gli occhiali da sole, fra i capelli selvatici e c’eravate voi nell’atto di essere umani. Nulla di più umano dell’ascolto e del tentativo di comprendere. Del porsi sullo stesso piano. Del mettersi nei panni dell’altro. Dell’apprezzare il mistero che sono gli altri, accettando che quella comprensione tanto desiderata e attesa mai arriva in via definitiva.

Questa verità, provata sulla nostra pelle, ci ispira la pace e lo stupore e la gratitudine per la vostra presenza e per quella di chi ci ha invitati e accolti diventando parte del nostro progetto attraverso lo spazio, la piazza Sassi, e il tempo: il tramonto.

Grazie a tutte e tutti per aver elegantemente turbinato le vostre molecole vicino alle nostre rendendoci nuove e nuovi.

Raising our eyes and seeing people being human was wonderful.

On stage, we were ourselves, in the moment: the strings taut and sensitive to touch, to gaze. The skins stretched to the right tuning resonated: the very heart kept time beating on them.

A few lines to share what we expected. Our preparation in recent weeks has been for this: to expose ourselves for who we are, once again, in an even more sincere way, as free as it is fragile.

With this concert, it cannot be said that our project has advanced, has taken steps forward, but certainly it has gone deep, into the third dimension, the fourth, the fifth… until where you feel the risk of losing yourself. We got lost.

So we raised our eyes, behind the sunglasses, amidst wild hair, and there you were in the act of being human. Nothing more human than listening and attempting to understand. Of putting oneself on the same level. Of putting oneself in the shoes of others. Of appreciating the mystery that others are, accepting that the understanding so desired and awaited never arrives definitively.

This truth, experienced on our own skin, inspires us with peace and wonder and gratitude for your presence and for those who invited us and welcomed us, becoming part of our project through space, the Sassi square, and time: the sunset.

L’ultima data del 2019 è stato un ritornare in uno spazio splendido, uno degli ultimi luoghi dove si osa la musica più avanguardista e indipendente.

Ora torniamo nel silenzio produttivo della sala prove e delle serate tranquille, dove non esiste l’orologio e si ragiona della vita, della morte e del futuro. Per un 2020 coinvolgente.

Our last date of 2019 was a return to a splendid space, one of the last places where is daring the most avant-garde and independent music.
